We're looking for a driven Assistant Finance Business Partner to support Lena by Inspire, our fast-growing social enterprise delivering employee and student assistance programmes and wellbeing services across Ireland. As an Assistant Finance Business Partner, you'll play a key role in supporting our Finance Business Partners (FBPs) to deliver accurate financial reporting, insightful analysis, and tailored solutions that empower strategic decision-making. What you'll do
As part of the Inspire Finance Team, you'll work closely with colleagues supporting Lena's growing operations, helping provide financial insight and support to aid decision-making and growth. You'll gain hands-on experience in:
- Budget monitoring and financial reporting
- Management accounts support
- Financial analysis and forecasting
- Supporting operational managers
- Commercial finance processes
- Building relationships across teams
- Help roll out new financial tools and systems

What we're looking for
We're looking for potential, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. You'll ideally have:
- A finance, accounting or business-related qualification (or interested in pursuing a professional finance qualification (CIMA, ACCA, AAT))
- Experience in a finance or administrative environment (e.g., accounts assistant, finance administrator)
- Strong Excel and organisational skills
- Good attention to detail
- Confidence communicating with a range of stakeholders
- A proactive and positive attitude
