They are seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join their friendly and supportive team.

Your new role As Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential support to the wider team, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the responsibilities will include: Acting as a first point of contact for telephone, email and general enquiries.

Preparing, formatting and proofreading correspondence, reports and documentation.

Supporting the organisation of meetings, events, training sessions and conferences.

Maintaining electronic and manual filing systems and records.

Coordinating office supplies, facilities and service providers.

Providing administrative support across finance, governance and compliance activities.

Assisting with travel and accommodation arrangements for staff.

Supporting the maintenance of databases, records and organisational information systems.

What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will be an organised and proactive administrator with excellent attention to detail and strong communication will ideally have: Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.

Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

The ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

A professional, friendly and customer-focused approach.

What you'll get in return Hourly rate of £12.71 - £13.00 per hour.

Part-time hours of 12-15 hours per week.

Hybrid working arrangement with 3 days working from home and 2 days in the office.

Belfast-based role with flexibility and work-life balance.
