An excellent opportunity has arisen for a detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join a growing property management business supporting client accounts across the UK. This role is ideal for an accounts professional who enjoys working with financial data, resolving queries, and contributing to accurate and efficient processes within a collaborative team environment.

What Youll Do:

  • Monitor tenant account balances and ensure accuracy
  • Investigate and resolve account discrepancies
  • Identify and process overpayments
  • Support accurate allocation of incoming payments
  • Assist with monitoring rent arrears and outstanding balances
  • Contact tenants regarding arrears and maintain accurate records of communications
  • Follow escalation processes and support reporting to the Client Account Leader
  • Assist with tracking and reconciling utility billing across tenancies
  • Liaise with suppliers to resolve utility-related queries
  • Support tenant queries relating to utilities
  • Assist with preparation and reconciliation of tenancy deposit returns
  • Ensure balances are accurate prior to release of deposits
  • Work closely with the Accounts team and property managers
  • Maintain accurate financial records and support reporting requirements
  • Assist with general account queries and administrative tasks

  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Confident communication skills (email and telephone)
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
