Key Responsibilities
Prepare annual accounts and financial reports. Analyse financial data and provide financial advice. Manage budgets and support financial planning. Produce management accounts and performance reports. Lead and develop the finance team. Maintain financial controls and support audits. Essential Criteria Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA or equivalent). Minimum 2 years' post-qualification experience gained within the last 10 years. Experience in financial planning and budgeting, financial accounting and audit, or management accounting and cost analysis. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
