About You

  • Previous experience in an Account Management, Business Development or Sales role
  • Experience within the telecommunications or IT sector would be advantageous
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering outstanding service
  • Commercially aware with the ability to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Organised with excellent time management and attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing customer queries, objections and service issues
  • Competent using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

What You'll Do

  • Manage and develop an existing portfolio of business customers
  • Build long-term relationships by understanding customer needs and business objectives
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell business technology and communication solutions
  • Deliver proactive account management and ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently
  • Conduct regular account reviews, contract renewals and service improvement discussions
  • Prepare quotations, proposals and commercial agreements
  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Support and Technical teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, customer activity and sales opportunities
  • Achieve revenue, customer retention and customer satisfaction targets
  • Act as a trusted advisor, recommending solutions that support customers' ongoing business growth
