2 x Administrators required to work with our client the Belfast Trust, this role will be based at the Everton Complex and Carlisle Centre, North Belfast and Graham House Knockbracken Health Care Park, South Belfast. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm with an hourly pay rate of £12.75, this is a temporary position for a minimum of 3 months with possible extension.

The main duties will include:

  • Diary management - Organise meetings and book venues
  • Use of computerised systems
  • All general administration duties
  • Protecting confidential information
  • Minute taking and audio typing

What We Need From You:

  • 5 GCSEs a grade C or above including Maths and English
  • 1 year’s recent experience in an Administrative / Secretarial position
  • Experience of Microsoft Office Professional Suite
