The Role Process and manage legacy backlog projects with precision and care Engage in customer and solicitor outreach, providing compassionate communication Efficiently handle spreadsheets, tracking case completions and requirements Work independently and at a fast pace to meet project deadlines Perform case work administration with meticulous attention to detail The Person Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in the financial or legal sector Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software Ability to work independently and as part of a team Empathetic approach to sensitive situations Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy The Package This is a temporary ongoing position, based in Dunmurry, paying £12.90 per hour.
