What you'll be doing:

  • Lead by example, supporting the Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve store goals.
  • Coach, motivate and develop colleagues, helping them build confidence, product knowledge and deliver their best every day.
  • Complete our Qualified to Advise training to provide trusted health and wellness guidance to customers.
  • Drive sales, stock availability, visual merchandising and operational excellence across the store.
  • Support commercial performance through effective planning, cost control, compliance and safe working practices.
  • Create a positive, inclusive environment where colleagues feel supported and customers enjoy every visit.

What you'll bring:

  • Experience in retail or customer service, with the confidence to lead and inspire others.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • A passion for health and wellness, with curiosity to keep learning and developing your product knowledge.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a busy retail environment.
  • Confidence using digital tools and technology to support customers and day-to-day store operations.
