The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 Β£ per year.

We are working with a successful engineering services provider based in Bangor to recruit their new Service Coordinator to join them on a permanent basis.

Act as a key point of contact between customers, service and installation engineers, and internal colleagues on customer projects, this will include:

  • Liaise with all parties to plan and coordinate service schedules
  • Maintain regular communication with customers regarding site works and schedules
  • Work with suppliers to place orders for materials and products required for customer projects
  • Review documentation including tenders, reports, and schedules
  • Generate and update quotations and invoices
  • Support the H&S Manager with HSQE documentation

What we are looking for:

  • Experienced within a similar role, ideally gained within a technical, construction or engineering sector
  • Confident communication skills
  • Strong IT skills
