RESPONSIBILITIES: You will: Assist in the production of moulded parts ensuring they are moulded to customer specification. Assemble, pack and label finished goods in preparation for shipment. Rapid reporting of machine breakdown to Process team. Rapid reporting of quality issues to Quality team. Follow work instructions and standard operating procedures. Maintain factory floor in excellent order, utilise 5S system, and ensure housekeeping is kept to the highest standard in all areas of responsibility for the Moulding Dept. To support the reduction of scrap from site. To ensure that safety is maintained/ improved by reporting unsafe conditions/ incidents. Visual inspection of produced components for quality and to identify issues or defects. Basic problem solving. Label/wrap/transport pallets to holding areas. Contribute to Denroys unified manufacturing excellence program. Perform any other duties that are appropriate to the role. Requirements: Able to work on foot for extended periods of time. Excellent verbal and written communication Ability to communicate at all levels. Excellent numeracy skills Ability to listen and follow verbal and written instructions. Be able to work as part of a team. Be able to work of own initiative. Have a flexible approach. Have attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Desirable To have previous experience in injection moulding and or previous experience working in a factory setting. Working knowledge of lean manufacturing and 5S. Operation of injection moulding including: basic machine operator, functions, start, stop, setup and tool change.
