Our client is recruiting for an experienced Nurse Manager to lead a large, reputable elderly and dementia care facility based in Bangor. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a well run, spacious home with a strong staffing structure already in place. The service has an excellent reputation locally and is looking for a confident leader to continue driving high standards of care, compliance, and team development.

The Role:

  • Full clinical and operational leadership of a large elderly/dementia care home
  • Oversee high quality, person centred care delivery across all units
  • Lead, support and develop nursing and care teams
  • Ensure full compliance with RQIA and all regulatory standards
  • Work closely with senior leadership to maintain and improve service standards

What we're looking for:

  • Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with active NMC pin
  • Minimum 4 years management experience in a similar setting
  • Strong background in elderly and/or dementia care
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams and clinical standards
  • Confident, hands on manager with excellent communication skills
