The Nightshift Project Worker role at Enterprise Court, House 10 involves working 10 hours per week during night shifts. This innovative high-intensity supported living service caters to adults with severe and enduring mental ill health and complex rehabilitation needs. Opened in December 2022, the service supports individuals transitioning from long-stay hospital settings into a safe, structured, and hopeful community environment, focusing on recovery, independence, and quality of life.
House 10 provides 24-hour support for six adults in a psychologically safe, therapeutic, and recovery-focused environment. The service is designed for people with mental health needs, offering intensive support with daily living, rehabilitation, and meaningful activity. The team includes an on-site Occupational Therapist and staff who employ positive behaviour support, reflective practice, and creative, person-centred approaches to build safety, trust, and progress.
As a Nightshift Project Worker, you will help create a supportive and stable home for individuals with complex mental health needs. Your responsibilities will include building trusting relationships, promoting wellbeing and independence, and responding confidently to challenging situations using compassionate and structured approaches. You will work as part of a well-established team, contribute to individual support plans, and ensure that every resident is treated with dignity, respect, and hope.
