About The Role

You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting and managing your team of Care and Support Workers in the community.
  • Being the go-to person to solve complex queries when they arise.
  • Using your experience and problem-solving skills to deliver care solutions to the community.
  • Working in close partnership with both the Care Manager and Care Coordinator to connect the office with the service user.
  • Providing quality control of care services, constantly seeking out ways to provide higher levels of care.
  • Managing your team and undertaking reviews and audits of care packages.
