About The Role
You will be responsible for:
- Supporting and managing your team of Care and Support Workers in the community.
- Being the go-to person to solve complex queries when they arise.
- Using your experience and problem-solving skills to deliver care solutions to the community.
- Working in close partnership with both the Care Manager and Care Coordinator to connect the office with the service user.
- Providing quality control of care services, constantly seeking out ways to provide higher levels of care.
- Managing your team and undertaking reviews and audits of care packages.
