Location: Banbridge

Pay Rate: £15.00-20.00 per hour (DOE)

Hours: Full-time

Shift Pattern: Day and night shifts available

About the Role:

Staffline Recruitment is recruiting experienced Welder/Fabricators for full-time positions, with both day and night shifts available. The successful Welder/Fabricators will manufacture and assemble components to the required specifications while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fabricate and weld components in accordance with technical specifications
  • Read and accurately interpret fabrication and assembly drawings
  • Follow approved welding procedures and production instructions
  • Complete welding, cutting, grinding and finishing tasks
  • Use grinders, hand plasma cutters and other fabrication tools safely
  • Inspect completed work to ensure it meets the required quality standards
  • Identify and report defects, equipment issues or production concerns
  • Maintain an organised, safe and efficient working area
  • Follow all company health and safety procedures
  • Work effectively to meet production targets and deadlines
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the manufacturing team
  • Participate in training and development aligned with company standards

Essential Criteria:

  • Previous experience as a Welder, Fabricator or Welder/Fabricator
  • Practical knowledge of welding procedures and their application
  • The ability to read and understand fabrication and assembly drawings
  • Experience using grinders, hand plasma cutters and other workshop tools
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work
  • Good organisational and time-management skills
  • A reliable approach with strong attendance and timekeeping
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • Flexibility to work the available day or night shift pattern
  • Previous pipe fabrication experience would be advantageous.
