Position: Administration Assistant (Part-Time/Permanent) The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high quality administration support to various department functions.
Essential
Requirements: Minimum of 5 GCSEs to include Maths and English at grade C or above (or equivalent).
Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills.
Experience dealing with members of the public face to face and by telephone.
Excellent telephone manner and strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft packages.
Goodorganisationaland time management skills and ability to work on a variety of tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Understanding the importance of confidentiality.
Demonstrate enthusiasm, flexibility and a can do attitude Eligibility to work in UK Desirable but not essential: One years previous experience in an administrative role within a professional office environment.
Location: Office Based - Head Office, 74 Scarva Road, Banbridge, Co Down, BT32 3QD Duration/Hours: This position is part time and permanent working 32 hours / 4 days per week - Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm.
