About the company
Due to continued growth, this market leading business are seeking a Management Accountant to join their growing finance team in a newly created role. Reporting to the Financial Controller, and working across all areas of the finance function, this represents an excellent opportunity for any Qualified Accountant seeking a fresh challenge and a long term role with a reputable local employer.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Preparation and filing of statutory returns
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Budgeting/forecasting
- Preparing year-end accounts and assisting with the audit process
- Other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- Qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or Qualified by Experience in a similar role
- Excellent IT Skills - including Advanced MS Excel
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
