First Choice Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Data Administration Officer based at the Braid Valley Site, Ballymena. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy Information & Records Department, providing essential administrative and data management support within a professional healthcare environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate records, processing information, producing reports, and supporting system users.

This is a full-time, office-based position working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm, with a pay rate of £12.75 per hour. The post is available immediately and will run until October 2026.

Key Duties
  • Process information and undertake data entry in a timely manner
  • Assist with the extraction, collation and presentation of information for the Information Team
  • Ensure timely distribution of documentation, results and records
  • Assist with the daily maintenance of departmental systems
  • Produce routine and ad hoc reports using various software packages
  • Support data quality assurance activities and investigate discrepancies
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals regarding information requirements
  • Handle incoming telephone calls and queries appropriately
