The Contracts Administrator will play an important role within the organisation, acting as a central support point for the wider contracts team and assisting with the smooth running of construction projects. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining internal systems, ensuring documents are accurately filed, construction drawings are reviewed, and project information is kept up to date and accessible to key stakeholders.
  • Acting as a first point of contact for clients by managing the company inbox, responding to queries, and directing calls where necessary.
  • Supporting site teams with administrative tasks including preparing site packs, checking paperwork, coordinating health and safety documentation, and resolving day-to-day queries.
  • Visiting project sites to gather updates and information relating to ongoing works and developments.
  • Liaising with subcontractors to confirm time sheets and deal with general enquiries.
  • Working collaboratively across internal departments to ensure efficient daily operations and clear communication.

Demonstrating strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced and varied environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar administrative or coordination role and will be comfortable managing multiple priorities within a busy setting.
