We are recruiting Care Assistants for dedicated roles within well-established care homes in the Ballymena area, supporting elderly residents and individuals living with dementia. We have a variety of shift patterns available, including: 6am, 10am, 8am-2pm, 8am-8pm, 2pm-8pm.

As a valued member of the care team, you will work closely with residents on a one-to-one basis and alongside nursing and care staff to deliver the highest standard of person-centred care within a homely and supportive environment. Your role will involve assisting residents with personal care, supporting daily routines, promoting comfort and dignity, and helping to create a safe and reassuring atmosphere for those in your care.

This is an excellent opportunity for compassionate and experienced carers who are passionate about making a difference within a consistent care home setting. We can offer full-time, part-time, or ad hoc shifts. This is a temporary ongoing role and successful candidates' pay rates range from £13.50 to £17.50 per hour, depending on the shift worked.

What We Need From You:

  • 3 months experience in a Healthcare Setting
  • To be NISCC registered, or willing to apply
  • To have, or be willing to attend all mandatory training courses
  • Willingness to undergo an enhanced Access NI check
