Hours: Full-Time | Flexitime | Alternate Saturdays | Some late evenings (with time in lieu)

Our showroom is the centrepiece of our brand where clients discover the potential of their dream space.

The Role

  • Welcome visitors, conduct home surveys, design in Virtual Worlds, present 3D visuals and proposals, and close sales.
  • Keep displays fresh, on-trend, and aligned with our luxury-meets-practical ethos.
  • Drive revenue by consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets through strong design and relationship-building.
  • Collaborate with installation teams, manage project schedules, and troubleshoot any snags.
  • Order and track stock, inspect deliveries, and resolve any supplier issues proactively.

First 3 months:

  • Master showroom operations and Virtual Worlds design tools
  • Close your first £60k+ in cumulative sales
  • Refresh two displays using premium brand partners
  • Generate a personal sales pipeline via surveys and social content

6-12 months:

  • Consistently achieve £35k+ net monthly sales with glowing customer feedback

What We're Looking For

Essential:

  • 1-2+ years bathroom design sales experience with a proven 40%+ close rate
  • Strong confidence presenting and managing high-value design proposals
  • Hands-on experience with ordering, supplier liaison, and delivery management
  • Full UK driving licence + own vehicle for site visits
  • Trustworthy and reliable - able to act as showroom keyholder

Desirable:

  • Video/reel content creation skills for social media
  • Passion for sustainability and water-saving technologies
  • 1+ year using design software to create 3D bathroom visuals (Ideally Virtual Worlds)
