Due to expansion, we are looking to find an experienced Stock Control Administrator to join our Warehouse Team at Kestrel Foods Ltd.

General Role: You will be responsible for the efficient management of inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained, orders are processed accurately and stock movements are recorded appropriately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Completion of Stock Audits
  • Booking in of deliveries onto computer software package Defacto
  • Keeping accurate records and paperwork of deliveries and returns
  • Run labels of batch codes
  • Print dispatch paperwork
  • Keep area clean and tidy
  • Communicate any problems to management in a timely manner
  • Ensuring all data is completed and kept up to date
  • Develop a good working knowledge of product, placement, and inventory control techniques and procedures
  • Working efficiently, proactively and health and safety conscious in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Any other duties as required to fulfil the company needs assigned by your manager

What you will need to succeed:

  • You must possess GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English at Grade C or above
  • Have previous experience of working in a similar role within a Warehouse environment preferably within the food industry
  • Have previous experience and strong understanding of stock management systems
  • Possess the ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines in a fast moving environment
  • Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • You must be able to prioritise your workload and exercise good time management skills
  • Be an effective team player
