An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Generalist to join a growing organisation. This is a varied role supporting the full employee lifecycle, with a particular focus on employee relations, recruitment and HR operations. Working closely with the wider HR team, you will provide guidance to managers, support employee engagement initiatives and manage recruitment activities to attract top talent across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide advice and support on employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance and performance issues.
  • Support managers with HR policies, employment law and best practice.
  • Assist with investigations and conflict resolution.
  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing and onboarding.
  • Build talent pipelines and maintain a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and support HR systems.
  • Assist with onboarding, performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.

About You

  • 3-5 years' experience in a HR Generalist or similar role.
  • Strong employee relations and recruitment experience.
  • Good knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline.
  • CIPD qualification (or working towards) is desirable.
