On behalf of our client based in Antrim we are recruiting for an Shipping Administrator.
This role is permanent Mon-Frid 9am-5pm (40hpw) (Occasional Saturday work when required) £28-£31200k (depending on experience)
Duties
Include: Charging out shipping invoices on Sage 200.
Data management system for shipping.
Consult with other team members throughout the shipping department.
Manage customer accounts.
Dept management.
Checking incoming emails daily.
Answering telephones and dealing with shipping bookings as and when required.
Helping with catering for business meetings as and when required.
Assisting directors with emails, typing up official letters etc Preparing monthly shipping figures for directors.
AOB as and when required.
Essential
Criteria: 5 GCSEs A-C (include English & Maths) Previous Administration experience working in a busy office environment Excellent Customer Service experience Experience in using accounts package Must be competent in using Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel Ability to multi task on a daily basis
