The Role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take ownership of the commercial management of multiple residential developments, overseeing projects from pre-construction through to final account. Working alongside an experienced commercial team, you'll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered successfully, profitably, and to the highest standards.
What We're Looking For
- Proven Quantity Surveying experience within the construction sector
- Experience managing multiple live residential developments simultaneously
- Strong subcontract procurement and account management expertise
- Excellent commercial awareness with a proactive approach to cost control
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a wider team
- Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
