An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Part-Qualified Accountant to join a growing and well-established organisation based in the Antrim area. This is a varied role within a busy finance team, offering strong exposure across the wider business and the opportunity to contribute to financial performance and decision-making. This role is ideal for a part-qualified professional (CIMA / ACCA / ACA) who is keen to progress within a dynamic and forward-facing finance function, gaining hands-on experience in a supportive and expanding business.
Reporting into senior finance leadership, you will play an important role in delivering accurate financial reporting, supporting operational teams, and assisting with ongoing improvements across finance processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate monthly management accounts, including meaningful financial analysis
- Support month-end and year-end close processes and liaise with external auditors
- Manage accruals, prepayments, and intercompany or departmental recharges
- Maintain the fixed asset register and assist in monitoring capital expenditure
- Complete bank reconciliations and support finance agreements, including hire purchase
- Assist with statutory and regulatory returns, including UK and ROI VAT
- Contribute to wider reporting requirements and support continuous improvement of financial systems and processes
Requirements
- Part-qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA) with active progression towards qualification
- Minimum 2-4 years experience in a similar accounting or finance role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable using accounting systems
- Good communication skills with a proactive, hands-on approach
- Solid understanding of financial controls and reporting processes
