Grounds Person immediately required for our valued client the Northern Ireland Housing Executive.
This role is based in Antrim.
This is a temporary role for 6 months with a possible extension.
The hours of work are 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8am to 1pm on Friday with a Rate of pay at £13.05-£13.47 per hour depending on experience.
The Successful candidate will have relevant experience, be able to operate, use and maintain mechanical/electrical equipment and machinery such as chain saws, grass-cutters, hedge trimmers, strimmers, push mowers, ride-on mowers, and tractor mounted flail hedge-cutters.
What you will be doing: ?
Establishing and maintenance of shrub beds and grassed areas ?
Removing dead trees and planting trees ?
Sharpen and renew blades for mowers ?
To clean grounds and lift litter ?
