As part of our commitment to developing the next generation of skilled engineering professionals, we invite successful applicants to attend our exclusive 2-week Engineering Skills Academy at our purpose-built, state-of-the-art training centre. This intensive programme has been specifically designed to provide candidates with practical, industry-recognised skills and valuable hands-on experience before progressing to employment opportunities across Europe.
During the two weeks, you will benefit from:

Important Information: The Engineering Skills Academy is provided free of charge to successful applicants. However, candidates are responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements during the 2-week training period.
Guaranteed Interview & Career Opportunities: Upon successful completion of the Engineering Skills Academy, candidates will receive a guaranteed interview for a full-time position within our European operations. Successful candidates may have the opportunity to work on some of Europe's most prestigious projects, including:
- Data Centres
- Pharmaceutical Facilities
- Industrial Construction Projects
Project locations include: Sweden, Switzerland, The Netherlands, Portugal, and other European destinations.
Work Rotation Schedule: Employees work on a rotational basis depending on project location and local working regulations. Typical rotations include:
- 3 weeks on site / 1 week at home
- 4 weeks on site / 1 week at home
This structure provides an excellent work-life balance while offering valuable international experience and highly competitive earnings.
Who We're Looking For: We are seeking enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking individuals who:
- Have a strong work ethic
- Possess construction or site experience (preferred but not essential)
- Are willing to learn new skills

Previous engineering, construction, electrical or industrial experience is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
