With a strong position in London and experience delivering projects across the UK and internationally, Mivan is entering an exciting new phase of growth.

The business is seeking an exceptional Chief Executive Officer to lead its next chapter, building on its strong foundations while identifying new opportunities across markets, sectors and geographies.

The Opportunity Reporting to the Board, you will provide the strategic and commercial leadership required to drive sustainable growth while protecting the reputation, quality and client relationships that have been central to Mivans success.

Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, you will shape and deliver the long-term strategy, strengthen commercial performance, develop high-performing teams and foster a values-led culture that encourages innovation, prioritises health, safety and wellbeing, and inspires pride in everything Mivan does.

About You We are seeking an accomplished business leader with experience leading complex, project-led organisations through growth, transformation and change.

You will bring: Executive leadership experience gained as a CEO, Managing Director, Divisional Director or equivalent.

A strong commercial track record, with responsibility for strategy, financial performance and sustainable growth.

Experience leading businesses within construction, specialist contracting, engineering, manufacturing or another complex project-based environment.

The ability to build and develop high-performing teams while creating an engaging, values-led culture.

Strong commercial judgement, stakeholder management skills and an understanding of project delivery, governance and operational excellence.

Experience within specialist interior fit-out would be advantageous, but it is not essential.

We would welcome interest from exceptional leaders from adjacent sectors who can demonstrate strong transferable experience and the leadership capability to guide Mivan through its next phase of growth.
