Care Assistants required for a dedicated role within a well-established Residential Home in the Antrim area, part of the Northern Health and Social Care Trust. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive care team providing high-quality, person-centred care to elderly residents in a welcoming residential setting. You will work alongside experienced nursing and care staff to ensure residents receive the highest standard of care while promoting their dignity, independence and wellbeing. Your responsibilities will include assisting with personal care, supporting daily living activities, encouraging independence where possible, and helping to provide a safe, comfortable and homely environment for all residents. We can offer full-time, part-time and ad hoc shifts, providing the flexibility to fit around your lifestyle. This is a temporary ongoing position with competitive hourly rates of £12.75 - £21.55, depending on the shift worked. What We Need From You A minimum of 3 months' experience working in a healthcare setting. NISCC registration, or willingness to apply. Completion of all mandatory training, or willingness to attend prior to starting. Willingness to undergo an Enhanced Access NI Check before commencing employment.
