Black Fox Solutions are currently recruiting for an Accounts / Office Manager to join the team at a leading Architectural Practice. If you are an experienced accounts professional or office manager with a passion for accounting, this could be the role for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to the directors in overseeing day-to-day administrative activities.
- Provide regular reports to the Directors on performance against targets and budgets.
- Manage monthly payroll.
- Managing calls, emails, filing, and office documentation.
- Maintain accurate financial records using Sage Software.
- Manage and track staff annual leave, absences, and key employee records and onboarding new team members.
- Managing and maintaining the office Quality Assurance system to ISO 9001 including preparation of documentation for annual audits.
- Prepare and issue invoices and statements; manage credit control and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Any other duties, within reason and capability, associated with this position as determined by the Directors.
- Support tender submissions and bid-writing.
- Submission of VAT returns.
- Liaison with accountants in preparing year-end accounts.
