Canada Life UK is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join People Services in Watford on a fixed-term contract (6-12 months). You will serve as a trusted ER expert supporting managers and HR colleagues, handling casework with fairness and alignment to policies and regulatory responsibilities.
You will build ER capability within the function, collaborate with People Relations Partners, and contribute to training and process improvements across Canada Life UK.
