Canada Life UK in Watford is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join our People Services division on a fixed term contract (6-12 months). You will be a trusted expert for ER casework and change activity, helping leaders and HR colleagues manage employee relations matters confidently, fairly and in line with our policies.
