You will act as a trusted delegate for the Chief People Officer, guiding enterprise-wide people activities and ensuring compliance and delivery of business outcomes.
You will lead the People Relations Partner team, drive talent and leadership development, and collaborate with senior leaders to align people plans with financial objectives.
