Canada Life UK is recruiting for a senior governance role focused on Risk and Control Self Assessment (RCSA) within Finance. The role supports the Head of Finance Governance, Risk & Controls by driving RCSA workshops, documenting risk and control environments, and providing insights to governance committees.

The successful candidate will lead RCSA design, facilitation and reporting, maintain strong stakeholder relationships, and drive remediation actions and continuous improvement.
