UNISON in Belfast is seeking a Local Organiser (Research & Development) to work with the Regional Management Team in Northern Ireland, undertaking research and project work, and supporting policy development in line with the Regional Plan.
You will contribute to organising, bargaining, campaigning and policy issues, analyse data, draft background research for policy statements and consultations, and help prepare materials for the UNISON website and social media.
