The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 Β£ per year.

An opportunity has arisen for a motivated, professional, and versatile individual to join the UVS Department based at our Middlewich site. Working a 40-hour week Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5pm. Reporting to the Used Truck Manager, you will be responsible for providing sales and general administration support for the Used Vehicle Sales department.

The role will also be responsible for:

  • Month end reporting as required for the UVS department as well as administration of all relevant costs created by the sales process.
  • Maintaining the Dragon vehicle stock operating system.
  • Vehicle documentation management and issuing of order numbers as required and costing appropriately.
  • Dealing with incoming calls via the switchboard and redirecting queries, processing incoming and outgoing mail.
  • General hospitality including greeting and directing visitors, making drinks and ordering lunches and room bookings as required.
  • General administration duties for the department including ordering of stationery.
  • Any other duties as required.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications, skills, and experience:

  • Previous experience working in an administrative/office-based role. Experience within the commercial vehicle industry would be an advantage.
  • Confident and well organised with the ability to work well as part of a team as well as on their initiative and under pressure.
  • IT literate with Microsoft Office Applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
