What You ll Do: Provide direct care and support to children in a nurturing residential setting. Build meaningful relationships that help children thrive and feel secure. What We re Looking For: Experience as a Senior Support Worker with children. Strong ability to connect with and support children, fostering trust and rapport. A resilient and adaptable attitude, ready to embrace the challenges and rewards of this role. NVQ3 in Children and Young People.
