What We Offer
- Salary: £23,247 – £23,734 per year, pro rata (Full time equivalent £25,304 rising to £25,835 per year)
- Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time – 37 hours per week, Term Time Only (36+4 weeks per year)

What You’ll Do
- Provide tailored support to learners with additional needs, both in and out of the classroom
- You will provide tailored support through 1:1, small group and in-class interventions, supporting learners with a range of needs including ASC, ADHD, SEMH and communication difficulties
- Manage a caseload of learners, supporting attendance, study skills, English and Maths, engagement and achievement
- Contribute to EHCP outcomes and support positive learner progression
- Assist students in developing independence, confidence, and essential life skills
- Adapt support strategies to meet individual learning requirements
- Work closely with teaching staff and support teams to ensure student success
- Promote an inclusive, safe, and encouraging learning environment
What You’ll Bring
- Experience supporting individuals with additional needs (education, care, youth work, SEN support, or similar)
- Hold or be willing to work towards a relevant Level 3 or equivalent qualification
- A patient, empathetic, and student-centred approach
