What We Offer

  • Salary: Unqualified Lecturer: £29,294 per year, pro rata
  • Qualified Lecturer: £31,885 - £40,814 per year, pro rata (Depending on Skills, Qualifications & Experience)
  • Contract Type: Permanent, Part Time 26 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

What You’ll Do

  • Teach and assess learners across a range of Hospitality programmes to include professional cookery and related vocational qualifications
  • Deliver engaging, inclusive lessons covering both theoretical knowledge and practical hospitality skills
  • Support learners in developing customer service, communication, teamwork, and operational skills relevant to the hospitality industry
  • Use creative and practical approaches to make Hospitality relevant to real-world industry settings and career opportunities
  • Maintain high standards of safeguarding, professionalism, and learner wellbeing
  • Track learner progress and provide constructive feedback to support achievement

What You’ll Bring

  • A relevant Hospitality or Catering qualification (Level 3 or above)
  • Strong industry knowledge and experience working within professional kitchens, food related establishments
  • The ability to engage and motivate learners of all abilities through practical and theory-based teaching
  • Experience working within the hospitality industry or supporting others in education or training
  • A commitment to inclusive teaching and learner success
  • A teaching qualification (Level 4 or above) is welcomed — but if you don’t have one yet, we’ll support you to achieve it while you work
