Job Description
- Implement best practise as part of the data update process to ensure live data base integrity
- Liaise with IRIS projects team to ensure data tasks are written and executed on time and to the customers requirements
- Ensuring GDPR regulations and data security is maintained at all times
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities to support data migration efforts
- Good planning, organisation and time management skills
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members, department colleagues and the wider organisation
- Strong customer focus
- Team-oriented; willing to align work with teams priorities and goals
- 5+ years industry experience in data manipulation using SQL queries to extract and update customer data
- T-SQL, Microsoft SQL Server
- Demonstrableability to implement best practice guardrails and governance.
- Understanding of GDPR for managing PII data
- Demonstrableprevious HR / Payroll database experience
- Report generating software expertise
