As an Implementation Associate, you’ll support the onboarding of new customers onto our payroll software, helping them get up and running successfully.
- Supporting end-to-end implementation projects from initial setup through to delivery
- Working closely with customers to understand their requirements and guide them through the process
- Assisting with project planning, tracking progress, and meeting deadlines
- Setting up systems, transferring client data, and ensuring everything is accurate
- Testing solutions and validating data to make sure it matches client requirements
- Joining customer calls, including scoping sessions, training, and software demos
- Creating clear documentation and supporting handovers to operational teams
- Learning and applying payroll processes and legislation (full training provided)
