IRIS Software Group is seeking a Customer Renewals Advisor to manage a portfolio of education customers in a hybrid role based in the UK (Manchester or Slough). You will handle renewals end-to-end, deliver excellent service via phone, email and Teams, and build trusted relationships to maximise retention and revenue.
You’ll work closely with Sales and Customer Success, maintain up-to-date product knowledge, and ensure SLAs are met while supporting growth within the education sector.
