We're looking for a Product Manager to lead two key product families within our Education portfolio: Academics & Curriculum and Pastoral & Healthcare.

This is a highly autonomous role where you'll own strategy, roadmap development, discovery, and delivery across products that support both classroom learning and student wellbeing.

You'll work at the heart of a cross-functional product and engineering team, collaborating closely with schools, customers, and internal stakeholders to deliver solutions that make a real difference.

What you'll do

  • Define and own product strategy and roadmaps across two distinct product areas.

  • Lead customer discovery and market research activities.

  • Turn customer insight into prioritised requirements and product plans.

  • Work closely with Engineering teams to scope, prioritise, and deliver valuable features.

  • Manage product launches from concept through to successful market delivery.

  • Analyse product performance and use data to inform future investment decisions.

  • Influence wider product strategy within a leading Education technology business.

  • Support and mentor Product Managers within the team.

What you'll bring

  • Significant Product Management experience within software, SaaS, or technology-led businesses.

  • Experience delivering products from discovery through launch and ongoing optimisation.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and product streams simultaneously.

  • Confidence working with technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Strong commercial awareness and customer focus.

Desirable experience

  • Education technology (EdTech), MIS/SIS platforms, curriculum management systems, safeguarding, wellbeing, or healthcare-related software.

  • Working within regulated or compliance-driven environments.

  • Experience supporting and developing junior product colleagues.

Why IRIS?

  • Opportunity to influence products used by thousands of schools.

  • Collaborative and empowered product culture.

  • Career development opportunities within one of the UK's leading software businesses.

  • Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
