Overview

We’re looking for an Account Director to play a pivotal role across key client relationships, shaping multi-channel acquisition strategies for a portfolio of global brands. We’re looking for someone with deep tactical expertise who can operate at a strategic level, with the commercial acumen and gravitas to act as a trusted partner to senior client stakeholders. You should be comfortable being hands-on when needed, while also able to step back and drive the bigger picture to elevate both client and team performance. You’ll lead full-funnel paid media scopes across B2C and B2B clients, owning top-line strategy, overseeing delivery, and driving account growth.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee delivery across accounts, ensuring timelines, priorities, and quality standards are met.
  • Lead multi-channel media planning and support execution across paid channels.
  • Guide and support the team in developing and activating data-led plans grounded in best practice.
  • Oversee analysis and reporting, ensuring insights are translated into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Maintain regular client communication (weekly calls, monthly check-ins, QBRs).
  • Improve processes and workflows to drive efficiency and impact.
  • Maintain visibility with senior leadership on performance, risks, and opportunities.
