We are looking for an experienced Technical Business Systems Analyst to join us on an FTC, with potential to go permanent. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong business analysis skills with hands-on Salesforce expertise and a passion for improving business processes through technology.

Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you will analyse requirements, map and optimise processes, and translate business needs into effective system solutions. Acting as the bridge between technical teams and business functions, you will play a key role in ensuring our Salesforce ecosystem and wider business systems support operational efficiency, scalability, and an excellent customer experience.
