Oversee delivery across accounts, ensuring timelines, priorities, and quality standards are met. Lead multi-channel media planning and support execution across paid channels. Guide and support the team in developing and activating data-led plans grounded in best practice. Oversee analysis and reporting, ensuring insights are translated into clear, compelling narratives. Maintain regular client communication (weekly calls, monthly check-ins, QBRs) and visibility with senior leadership on performance, risks, and opportunities.

Own the strategic direction of accounts, aligning activity to broader business objectives. Translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations. Identify risks and growth opportunities, partnering with Business Lead to act on them.

  • Own account commercial health, including scopes of work, forecasting, and resource utilisation.
  • Identify and drive growth opportunities across paid media and wider agency capabilities.
  • Ensure accounts are efficient, scalable, and profitable in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to new business and pitches with performance expertise.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a high-performance, collaborative environment.
  • Ensure high-quality delivery aligned to strategy, stepping in to support with tactical activation where needed.
