The role
They are looking for an Insight Analyst, who will focus on transforming data into actionable insights that drive decision-making. In this role, you will analyse data on housing operations, tenant engagement and asset performance to support strategic initiatives and improve their services. You will work with the ICT Quality Team to ensure robust testing pre-release of all reports and related dashboards, whilst performing statistical analysis, data mining and retrieval processes on large amounts of data to identify trends and provide in-depth insights.
About you
They are looking for someone who has proven experience as an Insights Analyst, preferably in a similar role within social housing, local government or the public sector. You will be a critical thinker, with strong skills in identifying key trends and insights from diverse data sources. The successful candidate will have experience with statistical techniques, including trend analysis, segmentation and regression analysis. A track record in delivering actionable insights, with demonstrable experience in turning raw data into insights that influence business decisions and improve service delivery. Additionally, you will need to have experience with SQL for building ETL pipelines and Dashboards.
