At Every, we help schools run more smoothly. From HR and payroll to finance and staff management, our software supports schools with the systems they rely on every day. As more schools move to Every, we’re growing our implementation team and looking for someone who understands payroll, enjoys working with customers, and wants to play a key role in helping schools successfully adopt new technology.

This isn’t a back-office payroll processing role. It’s a customer-facing consultancy role where you’ll guide schools through the implementation of Every’s HR Payroll software - helping them move from old systems and processes into a modern platform that makes day-to-day work easier. You’ll work closely with school customers, deliver training, solve problems, support onboarding, and become a trusted expert throughout the implementation journey.

Why This Role Matters

Payroll in schools is complex. There’s legislation, pensions, compliance, deadlines, and pressure to get things right every single month. Schools need someone who understands that world - someone who can confidently guide them through implementing new payroll and HR software while making the process feel organised, clear, and manageable. That’s exactly what this role is about. You’ll help schools successfully launch Every’s HR Payroll platform, improve customer confidence, and create a positive experience.
