  • Salary: Unqualified Lecturer: £29,294 per year
  • Qualified Lecturer: £31,885 – £40,814 per year (Depending on Skills, Qualifications & Experience)
  • Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

What You’ll Do
  • Teach and assess learners across a range of Business Finance programmes, from T Level Accounting to T Level Business Management
  • Deliver engaging, industry-relevant lessons that develop commercial awareness and financial understanding
  • Support learners to achieve qualifications and progress into employment, apprenticeships, or higher education
  • Use practical and creative teaching approaches to make Business & Finance relevant to real-world contexts
  • Maintain high standards of safeguarding, professionalism, and learner wellbeing
  • Track learner progress and provide constructive feedback to support achievement
  • Contribute to curriculum development and help create an inspiring learning environment
What You’ll Bring
  • A relevant qualification in Business Finance or Business Accounting, or a related subject (Level 3 or above)
  • Strong subject knowledge and the ability to explain concepts clearly and effectively
  • Experience working within Business Finance and/or Business Accounting, or supporting learners in education or training
  • A commitment to inclusive teaching and learner success
  • A level 4 teaching qualification or above is welcomed — but if you don’t have one yet, we’ll support you to achieve it while you work
