We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Project Manager to lead the successful implementation of software solutions for our education customers. About the Role
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of software implementation projects from initiation through to completion. Projects may involve multiple products, workstreams, and dependencies, requiring strong leadership, organisation, and stakeholder management skills. Working closely with customers and internal teams, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of software implementation projects.
- Define project plans, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements.
- Build trusted relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Lead project meetings, workshops, and governance activities.
- Monitor project performance, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
- Ensure clear communication across all project stakeholders.
- Drive successful project outcomes while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Support continuous improvement in project delivery processes and methodologies.
About You
You will ideally have:
- Previous experience in a Project Manager role.
- Strong project planning and delivery experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong commercial awareness and customer focus.
- The ability to identify and mitigate project risks effectively.
- Experience working in software implementation, SaaS, technology, or professional services environments.
Desirable
- Experience delivering projects within the Education sector.
- Knowledge of recognised project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, Agile, or PMP.
- Experience managing complex, multi-workstream projects.
